This is the Webmoney link he gave me, stating that he has good feedback.

This is the link which he posted his trade on D2L.

This is my first time buying keys using Paypal, and I'm not very sure how it's supposed to go. It was stupid of me to not use a middleman for it. I believed this guy as he has a reasonably large steam account inventory, and the Webmoney link he gave me seemed legit.

It seems like he has already scammed other people as well.

WMID belongs to A. Rudenko, and this guy is A. Zhurawsky, as seen from his email (his PayPal name is fake).
Also, please provide your inventory history for that day, so it would be clear than you didn't get keys from him.

I didn't notice that as I have no experience of using Webmoney...thanks for pointing it out.
