Description: I was selling some Bill's on outpost, he added me and wanted to buy via Paypal, I ended selling him more than the Bill's, and I haven't received the payment yet. During this week, I contacted him several times, but he kept telling me that the money should be on the way, that he talked to Paypal... and the only thing I know is that I haven't received anything yet.
