I don't really know which language is this, & what he/she wants to say or ask, but probably it's a Phishing attempt.

Actually the person is not in my Friend's List, he sent me a private chat request but i was away that time, & when I returned & accepted the Chat request, I saw he had left this message for me.

Since I don't understand anything except for the link in that picture I would say it's just a bad phishing attempt.

Could not edit my initial post after 2 minutes, so had to re-post the correct scammer details in the reply. Actually, only the name of the Steam Profile in the above post wasn't correct initially, but anyways, it can be seen in the Subject of my Post, in the Screenshot as well & also in my Scammer detail Repost as well.

If I need to add any more details, do let me know please.
