I know this scam report lacks evidence but I'm going to try anyway. I added STALKER513 after I saw him on the backpack.tf list after he unboxed an unusual Kill-a-watt Front Runner. By the time he accepted my friend request it was too late The chat with him might be hard to understand as we had a language barrier but heres the chat ( http://puu.sh/3yub9.png, http://puu.sh/3yuco.png). He confirmed in the chat that this was the dude who scammed him. The scammer's screenshots also seem very suspisous and includes alot of screenshots of unusuals that he has recieved from trading (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198034830752/screenshots/). A picture of the trade can be shown in (http://puu.sh/3ywj0.jpg) the victim ended up adding me on facebook to send me that lol. The unusual was gift wrapped as it was untradeable until a certain date (proof http://puu.sh/3ywwR.png).

Unfortunately as you said the report lacks of evidence and as the offender's profile is private we do not know if he still has it or what happened to it. The items worth together worth around 14 keys (just a guess) and the unusual as it's new and 1 of 1 should be worth around 5 buds at least. So that is considered as sharking. But to let you know SteamRep currently doesn't handle sharking reports so I recommend reporting it on one of the communities which do - for an example Harpoon Gaming: http://harpoongaming.com/forums/shark/

As mentioned by Melkor, this is a shark report wich we dont handle at the handle.

You can allways report it to a community that does, such as MCT or HG as mentioned above.
