I was scammed for a bud by this guy Edward few days back,(chargeback)

The bud directly went to this guys profile,

It seems collection of buds (freaking 25 buds) was being done on his profile for all scammed buds.(check history here)

All of these 25 buds were then transferred to the scammer guys profile '-=snips=- Nyanonymous'. This guys seems pro scammer with high reputed friends in his circle like mattie. making me wonder is this how people really get rich in tf2 and later get reputed? No offense to mattie but really strange.

I am assuming these all are his alternate accounts along with [], (may be handled by himself or friends circle)

Do something for this serial scammer. I am sure this is the parent guy. I request other to research with their possible ways and contribute my appeal here.

As far as i know he bought the buds for 39$ each , it wasnt "Transfered"

First of all I have no alternate acc ;3. Next i have proof that i legitily bought the buds with 39$ each and i traded with him becoz of he wasnt a scammer on steamrep. And if his really a scammer, its ur problem for not reporting him firstly and dragging me down. Pls check throughly before u insult the tf2 community admins. And i added him becoz he was selling buds on the outpost. ;3 before then i have no idea he existed ;3

I have few notes to add:
1.It cant be confirmed this 'kotlov Danil' is the person with steam profile [: )] and we cant help that since there is not way paypal tells us that unless note includes steam url
2.The money sent and the buds received are out of order. for example 2 buds at first then 1 bud then 12 buds then again 2 buds. The money transferred however is weird [117, 20, 546, 28, 1, 0.10]
3.3rd evidence 'he isn't marked scammer' cant really be considered since the backpack history of guy (25 buds, only 4 history checkpoints) doesnt really support he collected all being genuine.

I leave the final verdict towards admins. I believe in them.
I know the guys paid good amount of money..so if the smiley guy is fully responsible for this then take harsh steps against him.

i strongly believe [http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198078509114] is scammer and he collected over 25 buds by scamming all people. Also some items keep circling between his friends list and seem very fishy, for example this hat [http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,1777815706,518,5] it seems to be circling through SAME group [http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/8804/5162.png] of people for some fishy reason.

I also talked with '-=snips=- Nyanonymous' as he added me for discussion and we both think 'if admin find out this smiley guy is scamming -=snips=- Nyanonymous can get money back and pay it to the victims or any other good way.'
