Hi,
i ve got a Steamgift of Modern Warfare 3 for some Team Fortress 2 Items (Earbuds, Bills).
Some days later jonas (the player who reported me) was searching for a copy of modern warfare 3 he offered some more, so i accepted.

after the trade i ve deleted him from my friendlist because i ve just got a couple of friends in my friendlist.

I´ve never bought a copy of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (KLICK)

I´ve got scammed and now im marked as a scammer. I hope you can help me.

After Jonas told me that his game was revoked i ve recommend him to create a steamsupport ticket. (Ive done this some weeks ago because i ve got the same problem with a copy of modern warfare 3, and i ve got all my offered items back)

After reviewing the evidence in this case, ample evidence was provided that suggests MrvN did not scam.

I find as follows:

1. MrvN traded multiple copies of MW3 from various people legitimately.
2. MrvN never purchased a copy of MW3 and therefore could not charge back.
3. MrvN received a gift copy, through trading, of MW3 and traded it to another person. It was not until some time later that there was a charge back of this gift copy.
4. MrvN DID NOT willfully or intentionally pass along a "bad copy" of MW3.

As a result, this appeal request is granted.
