Also from the chat it seems it was game+money trade. You were receiving money so could you also post a screenshot of your paypal payments history? Just it would be better if you could fully describe what happened. It would help everyone understanding the situation.

me and the scammer talk about trading game magicka and he said he got good rep then i gave him the game and wating untill he will pay and he deleted me and block me

Thanks for submitting all the evidence. However this one doesn't seem to be working. Do you think you could also post a screenshot? Just of the past transactions around the date you got scammed.
And to be honest I am not sure you will ever get your game back. SteamRep isn't a Steam Support and since you've agreed to the trade there is nothing they can do. Everything that can be done is ask the scammer to return what he stole. Just wait for an SR admin to review your report once you submit everything.
