    You still aren't really giving a detailed description: how exactly did he scam you, and do you have proof that he did, such as screenshots of the chat showing the original agreement (also please supply a screenshot of your inventory history showing he trade)?

    He my swindled via paypal.
    He has to negotiate an article at the same time because he(it) wanted it more against some paypal money.
    I gave but objects to put him in confidence. And yes on blow the I was an idiot.

    2.) A screenshot of your paypal history showing that you never received your payments

    Clearly you didn't receive any payment at all, so even though you don't have the original agreement there's enough here to show a scam. Thank you for the report. :)

    I also recommend from now on to not negotiate with people via voice chat.
