I notice he bought his Western Wear W/ Ghost for 5-14 keys so I tryed to see if he was really sharking, so I gave my friend (Monast 76561198053771369) a cheap unusual, and had him trade. After talking which you can see in the screen shots he said the Husler lvl 69 Is owrth 40 keys,i B.M.O.c is 27 Keys, G. Brain Bucket Is 18 Keys. all for a unusual tossle w/ Nuts N Bolts.

Sorry but this seems like a sharking report. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports, though you can try and report him to a community such as MannCo Trading that does.

Like Sari said, you did not get scammed, he only said false prices.
