Hello there. I will keep this as short as possible. I recently quit TF2 and I have a mark that I would like removed. I tried my best to pay him back but he refused all of my offers. I will be playing Spiral Knights now.

1) Why didn't the original deal go through properly?

2) Can you provide screencaps or files for proof of the refusal(s)?

Because neither of us were paying attention and no I cannot he refued the offers two weeks ago I think. Don't hold me to that I am bad with time.

I have recently began playing it again. But I only play it because my friend plays it and I am the one who got him into the game anyways. I quit trading for good. I see that it is just a huge waste of time. The tag doesn't bother me anymore. I would still like it removed however because whenever I do try to join my friend he is in a non-valve server and they have auto-banned me or I am marked as a Scammer and everyone makes fun of me over it or they try to get me killed or they go for me as a individual.

Just another update. I know you are all busy and you do your jobs to the best of your ability, but it has been a while now. I have done a bit of trading just so I can make my people look nice because vanity is a fun thing to work on. I am still never going to go into the large trading community ever again but recently I added a man because he was selling a Vintage Lugermorph and in my opinion that is a very nice item and I would have enjoyed using it on my Engineer. He took about 18-20 hours to respond and my memory isn't the best so I took a minute to remember. About a minute later he removed me. I thought it was just because he was impatient but I re-added him because I remembered what it was and I told him I remembered but he said "I DON'T TRADE WITH SCAMMERS" and I was going to make a more than reasonable offer. A Bill's Hat. They have the same value. But most people on Backpack.tf (The only website I am not banned from.) are offline all the time. This is begining to depress me. People automatically assume my personallity just because of the tag. I do a small amount of trading and I haven't done a single scam. I would still enjoy the tag being removed because then people would be nice and give me time to explain my offer and we could work out a deal. I can provide a screenshot of the chat but I would need someone to tell me how. And if you took the time to read my explination I thank you.

I just want to say that the person who made the appeal about me had no previous interaction with me. Honestly I thought he was trying to scam me for the one thing I have of value. Please do not think that I tried to get one of my friends to do that. If there is a way I can prove it please tell me.

Hello again. It has been a month now sense I made this appeal. I would just like some sort of confirmation that someone from steamrep has at least seen my appeal. I am not trying to be impatient.

Same here on my appeal. Seems they don't put this to their highest priority. Go back a few pages on the appeals, and you'll see some appeals from December that haven't even been looked at yet.

Ok, to put this story in a correct light, I'll post some more information:

Story:
-You sold me a s. gunslinger, I accidently put keys and metal worth a s. kritzkrieg in (7 keys + 1 ref too much).
-You refused to give it back, I reported you and you got tagged for borrow scam.
-You wanted a clean rep so you DEMANDED a wipe in case you give me back my stuff.
-SteamRep wasn't willing to make such agreement, you kept the items.
-You added me twice after that with the intention to call me names, blame me for ruining your life and find an excuse not to pay me back ("Now I know what person you are" - Your words)
-In the end you offered me a bmoc as compensation for 7 keys + 1 ref (!). I suppose that is what you mean with "tried my best"...One offer
-I declined this offer as I just wanted 7 keys + 1 ref to clean things completely up. (So yeah, I refused all of your offers...one)
-Now you claim that it is "Impossible" to pay me back (even though you admit you can trade and therefore it shouldn't be that big problem getting 7 keys + 1 ref by selling some items); I didn't even block you; if you cannot add me it must be that you blocked me.


Feel free to start a new appeal thread where you state me as the bad guy again. Let's see how often you can do that. The last one was locked and as far as I know (you told me so in our last conversation) even Helen has blocked you.

Here is the reason why most of that information is incorrect.

-I read the comment wrong, I thought she didn't say it would be wiped
-I never said you ruined my life. I said you ruined my fun on TF2
-By the time I was marked I had already sold the keys
-I added you twice with offers and after you refused them I got angry and insulted you.
-And it is impossible for me to pay you back. If you look in my inventory I have no keys and with the price of them I will not be able to pay you back.

Now, get this straight. I have quit trading. The only reason I will trade from here on out I will be because of updates and vanity.

Also I don't even care much for any form of item in the game. When I see a new player and they are looking for a weapon I usually just give it to them. Now, I am requesting nicely that you do not comment here again unless you have something nice, or accurate to say.

Also, the BMOC at the time was worth 12 keys. So my offer was over the top. You could have easily taken it and been done with it.

As I said, I don't want any more or any less than 7 keys + 1 ref. And none of your offers was that. I don't care how you can make it, but just get these items, it is not hard.

Oh and I have made some screenshots (see attached file). Unfortunately only of our first conversations, I wanted to make some of the later conversations as well, but I forgot, so I can't prove that you said I ruined your life, but you did. You said something about being near to suicide and your family being poor and stuff like that. I don't care whether it is true or not; I can't prove it at the moment, I'm just recalling what I remember you saying and I usually have a superb memory.

And if you quit trading it doesn't matter anymore. And I don't know how anyone will care for a tag if you trade for a weapon...and to your vanity...it only costs 7 keys + 1 ref to make me give a go to tag removal.

Ah yeah, now I remember your arguments:

You said your life was a misery and TF2 the only source of your joy. Now that you got tagged I was the one who destroyed it, so I ruined your life.

Changed your name to MisterX after you complained to a SteamRep mod about me having changed my name to Ludor "A Devil" Experiens and putting the chat on my profile.

You started this post on July 14, and at that time you had a backpack with a grand total of 2 items in it.
Right here on August 13, you stated you don't trade anymore.....and yet from August 12 to August 15, you jump from 22 items to 102 items.
Fast forward to today and you have 182 items, all whole you preach how you rarely trade and only.

For someone that claims trading is a waste of time and that he doesn't trade much anymore, you really are stretching the truth.

Also, you claim you cant afford his 7 keys + 1 refined but your backpack clearly shows it is worth $42. So while it may be some work on your end, you definitely have the ability to work at it to pay him back....... one of the 1st things they consider here when you file an appeal.

I think this leads nowhere. As far as I see you don't have any intention paying me back (that's what the mods saw as well) and as long as you refuse to pay the clean price you cannot say you tried everything. Therefore this appeal might get rejected.

I tried to make a payment back to you. You rejected it. Now I don't have the cash to even make an item offer that I know you would refuse. Also, I have items in my backpack which indicates that I have traded. Only for basic vanity but it shows I am not a scammer.
