    Hello!
I'm a new member of the STEAMREP Forum and even knowing that I was tagged one and half years ago, I am only now exposing my case hoping to untag my profile.
I was a TF2 scammer offender, according to the STEAMREP community, and I was mark by the tag of the TF2-Trader community. The tag reason was "Ran from Spycrab" and the report was closed almost two years ago (September, 2011 if my memory doesn't fail me) but I never did pay that much attention to it, because I was never really a full time Team Fortress 2 player.
Now, my younger of two brothers discovered the fascinating world of Team Fortress 2 and to get him out of the computer is an everyday challenge, well, we all been there for sure! Being him so "in-love" with the game as he is, I wanted for him to fully enjoy the game and all his features like I did, and not being held back by the consequences of my early actions. So I appealed to the TF2-Trader community to try to remove my tag (http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=24600.0), and I was successful but, right after I get the approval from them, I got yet another tag, charging me of Alternative accounts (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197999117389/ and http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198013888615/) and that I lied during the appeal. That really did got me thinking how and why did I got tagged once again knowing that my appeal was approved and that I wasn't been playing regularly a while ago, so I asked a question on the General Section of the STEAMREP Forum, which lead me here (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/ban-related-question.37637/).
After some deep thinking, I remembered that I first, a couple hours before my TF2-Trader appeal, did appeal to the TF2Outpost community (unfortunately I do not know how to post here the link of the appeal, I can only post this one link, but I really doubt that it will work, http://www.tf2outpost.com/banned). I then thought that maybe the new tag that I received was a consequence from that appeal, but I really do not understand why, because well, it's true that I rushed into things and made, wrongly, the appeal at TF2Outpost earlier than the one at TF2-Trader community but still, the appeal is pretty much the same, and it has been approved at the community that had tagged me so I do not know why I did been tagged once again.
In both of my appeals, as you can see, I do not try to get rid of the tag with some kind of excuses or lye, I just pretty much justified my actions. The subject of the alternative accounts I really don't get it too, because those accounts do not have anything to do with my foolish Spycrab run and, also, I was forgiven from that event, so I can't understand why they're marked as well. Also, the last account (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198013888615/) is only marked because I contacted the staff via Steam with that account and they were, rightly, obligated to mark that account as well, even not being that account an Team Fortress 2 account and not even being able to trade.

I would just like to thank you for the time spent here and being sorry for the long post, but I just tried to get this as clarified as I could do it.I'm also sorry for any grammar errors, English is not my best language.

My Best Regards to the Staff and all the Community,
    Daniel Martins

Anti-Protest granted your appeal on TF2-TRADER (You are lucky, I would have requested conditional caution, and would not considered it at all if I knew you had prior tags).

From what little research I have done, it appears you had several reports that resulted in tags, so the removal of the TF2-TRADER tag, still leaves the other one which seems to deal with lying during an appeal. This appears to be an SR tag, so that needs to be handled here as you are attempting to do right now.

The problem is that I didn't had prior tags before the appeal, and that's the main thing around here VenGanZa. That spycrab event 1 and 1/2 years ago was my first and only offense. I never had several reports that resulted in tags, as far as I know it, because that was really my one and only moment of stupidity.
I'm sure it could be checked that the time I had the SR SCAMMER tag has been later than July 21, 2013, 10:49 AM (TF2-Trader appeal).
That's really the reason why I'm appealing, I just can't understand why I got this new tag. I only did 2 appeals and both of them were basically copy paste one of the other so I'm just waiting that all turns out okay at the end of the day.

    Appeal denied.

In the previous appeal, http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561197999117389 lied to the appealing admin in order to avoid a tag. We have further evidence proving the lie and as such must attach the scammer tag to both accounts. The tags will remain.
