While using www.tf2r.com, I decided to host a 1000 rep raffle. The prize to the winner was an Unusual Berliner's Bucket Helm with Nuts 'n' Bolts. The raffle ended, after I went offline, then the next day I had 4 or so friend requests. I host a lot of raffles, so I thought they were just other people claiming other items or they were adding for another reason. Accepted all requests, then the guy changed his name to ForkInHell, then he was online while the other guy wasn't. He sent me a message saying he won the raffle, I said congratulations and I opened up a trade and gave him the items. Right after I traded I had realised what I had done. When I messaged him, he blocked me and de-friended me. I then had to explain to the real winner what happened, but luckily he let me make up for it in items.

I'm fairly sure I won't be getting the item back but the least I am hoping for is that he gets banned for this and he doesn't scam anyone else ever again.

Same person; or at least he tried to. Thing is, he's already banned, so he shouldn't be able to see any raffles, meaning he has a proxied alt, and I can't crosscheck his friends list since it's private.
