    hi/mam/sir once agin this is all i got imformation i cant print screen my trade transaction because i cant log in my steam account he change the password and email on my account on steam.so hard to have this problem.i cant do anythign on my account.before i got hijacked account he wanted to add him because he cant add me he oofer 165 keys for my drudo.we chat/talk on my comment page profile.his chatting me many times thats he wanted to add me to trade with him.then thats happen i add him then a few minutes cant log in my account he change the password.then im trying to look at my email.he already change the email and password.i dont have any info of him just i have these images.you may look on my transaction details if you want it.i know everything on my inventory you can ask me

    he stole my rares 25-30 rares

    -pennant mouz
    -my set he gets only these rares parts of-

    -dark magic invo
    -huskar set
    -sparowhawk set wind
    -qop wind succubus
    -anti mage
    all my rare w/rare set parts he stolen mythicals immortal drodo,battlefury
    oh god!you know i psend a yr almost to play this game i spend $700 on this.hate this can somebody help me to back my items my account belongs to me....!help me all i can say is help me!!!

    I know you feel extremely worried right now and this is all very stressful, but you need to carefully place this report.

    Take a look at this, and copy it's template, put the information where it belongs, and repeat what you did using that.

    Plus, if you were hijacked, this is where Steam Support can help, create a ticket to them and provide all the details you can to show the account is yours.
    Once that's done, create a ticket to have your items restored.

    Steamrep can not give you back the things you lost, they can only prevent the one who stole them in the first place from doing it again to somebody else.
    To do that though, you gotta clean this report up.

    yeah i do many report tickets sended.but till now even once no still reply on steam.i send the all the info they need to prof that im the owner.but no reply!!everyone told me the only can helps me is steam support.but why no rply its been 1week when i got hijacked stolen account and i send tickets more than 8times everyday i do send.why they ignoring me.....!i spend yr almost time money coz i realy love this game even im tired on my work im still playing thats why i have lvl 100+ and this is happen.and i though steam support gonna help me like they do to others
    but no one aswering me except here.thank you for your answer my questions realy worth to me in time like this.........i dont know why im suffering liek this.i dont wanan lose this game.but i cant do anythign this time they stole evrything to me..god why?i didnt do anything wrong..........

    Steam Support is working as hard as they can and will respond to your ticket as fast as possible. Where SteamRep is concerned, I have marked your account as hijacked and your account does show as offline so it may have already been locked by Support.

    Please be patient- I imagine they probably have a lot of tickets and they are working as hard as they can. They will help you. :)

    i hope so!just rply only once if i have to wait its ok to me.but no rply thats the sad feeling freaking sitting here cant do nothing feel like im dying with this..i mis evrything..ok wait wait wait.nothing can do.thank you sir for time you gave to me..i hope they respond soon
