I don't have much rep and he had none so I foolishly went first, God knows why.

Scammed me for a Genuine Dashin Hashashin and Genuine Sharp Dresser

I agreed to go first during a trade for 3 items, Dashin, Sharp Dresser, and Jefe but went only half way and removed the Jefe just to be safe.

Claimed he sent the payment and then provided a (poor) edited screenshot (http://i.imgur.com/hfBy6.jpg)

I demanded my items back and he admitted he scammed me.

Please ban him and prevent him from ever scamming anyone ever again.

Can you provide a screenshot of your trade history? should be in your inventory on the upper right hand side under "item history".

He blocked me and his trade I made with him isn't going showing up, what do I do?

I mean a screenshot of your trade history. Should be an option when you're vewing your inventory in steam. It will show a history of you trading him the items.

That's the problem.
He should be in between the trade from Max and the other guy

That trade was for a genuine original, which is not what you claimed to have been scammed for in your initial report.

No what I was trading for was cash in return for my Genuine El Jefe, Genuine Dashin Hashashin, and Genuine Sharp Dresser

His trade isn't showing up in my inventory history and I don't know why.

The only trades I did before and after that were legitimate trades.

Was the trade done through Steam Trade?

No it was done ingame.

Unless you can somehow provide more evidence I am going to have to set this in admin notes. I apologize but there isn't enough evidence present for me to feel comfortable setting a scammer tag.

Well aside from showing my paypal not receiving any payments, a screenshot of me being blocked from his page, and you talking to a guy on my Friends list I had been talking to at the time of this happening, there isn't much else I can give :'(
