Probable attempted scam. I'll leave the amount of evidence required for a mark up to those here who regularly process these, or at least this will be here for the record

This person added me a couple weeks ago, but wasn't communicating until just now. He then sends me persistent trade requests, and my best understanding is that he's asking to try on my buds while offering a hat as collateral. Clearly a language barrier (presumably Portuguese, since he called me a b✿✿✿✿ in Portuguese at the end, -lol-).

Given that he has a very new steam account, has no items of value in his bp, tries to convince me that "reporting" him would presumably get my item back if he scammed me, and wants to "try on my buds"...pretty fishy.
