I was messaged by the used to buy buds via paypal. I was out of buds but we discussed him buying bill's hat. I offered to sell my unusual via paypal. He provided a rep thread. I checked it vs the steam profile and steamrep. His rep is very nice ( i am assuming he heas been hijacked). Due to his superior rep I went first with trade. After agreeing on price and giving payment info. I traded the hat and did not receive the paypal balance.
