Well, this isnt an official scam that happened but an attempted. So today, I logged onto mann co trading server and a I instantly get a trade request not even advertising my unusual hat yet (Steaming Flamenco). So he trades me, asks me if i'm selling my hat and I say yes, he asks if I wanted 370$ for it and knowing this was a person trying to scam me I played along and said yes. I asked how it was going to work, he told me I give him my hat first, he sends me steam wallet cash which is impossible giving me more proof that hes a scammer. I showed my friend some of the chat history in the trade window, then tf2 crashed. I had some of the chat, luckily so I'll show it below. Anyways, after tf2 crashed I wanted to get some more proof for steamrep to mark this guy, so I added him and played along and he asked me if I wanted to do it. I said yes, but I asked if he could go first, he said wait and went offline, he basically deleted me. I tried adding him again but he's ignoring me. So yes, this guy is scum of the earth I have personally been scammed like this, though I did not have enough proof to get the guy marked. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Trade chat (Apologies for not having a screenshot as said above, my tf2 crashed but I did have some of it because I was showing it to my friend but heres what I got.)

    Ls.Complex |:-3: hi :D 14:53:31
    Ls.Complex |:-3: you sell your unusual ? 14:53:35
    Slooshi: Hey, 14:53:38
    Slooshi: yeah. 14:53:40
    Ls.Complex |:-3: you want for 370-$ for your unusual ? 14:54:09
    Slooshi: yez 14:54:33
This screenshot is after tf2 crashed and I went to go get more proof.

Also, reason why I changed my name was because I was trying to follow him on servers but he kept jumping to others by the time I got there.

Hello, do you have the screenshot with the agreement?

There's not enough evidence here to warrant a tag

Well, like I said my tf2 just had to crash while I was playing along. But really, ive got nothing else im just saying this guy is scum. Hopefully he gets marked so he learns his lesson not to do that stuff.

Also note now his profile is private is that not suspicious? Anyways in the screenshot I provided we kinda reached an agreement but just to make sure he was a scammer I asked if he could go first. He proceeded to delete and block me. I tried following him on tf2 to confront him though he hopped to another when I hopped to his server. The reason I changed my name to fizz_khalifa was to make him think it wasnt me, though that didn't work. Well, really I can't provide much more proof but yeah, it's all I got.

Sorry but there's not enough evidence in this report alone to warrant a tag.

    Thanks for the report.
