Spycrabing as normal, I lost the first match and gave him 2 keys. We went again and I won, this is when he ran. I have other players to vouch for me as I didn't get to screenshot the trade (he cancelled it after disconnecting). I'll get them to post here soon. Thanks.

I spycrabbed him shortly after what happend to you except he went through with it. When he told me what happend i asked him about if he ran or not and he deleted me and blocked me.

Thanks for the support. With this guy also having no friends, low tf2 hours, no other games, and level 0 I'm going to consider him an alt account. Although it appears no items were transferred from an account so I can't find the main.

I can do that sure. I have no screenshots to show that he disconnected and left, but I have a few people who can certify this, one of them being an admin of the server who has banned the guy.
