Got scammed out of buds, managed to get 4 keys 1 ref but I'm super pissed off.

Two alts, one poses as a middleman. They both had some +reps and clean SteamReps with no pending reports. Please get these guys where they need to go. Here's the key's history http://backpack.tf/item/269219908

Bump with description, can we get these guys accepted so they don't scam anymore? Here's a description of exactly what occurred.

1. I put up an offering on TF2 Outpost selling buds for keys or PayPal
2. Got contacted by a guy offering 2 $20 Steam gift card codes for it.
3. Didn't have much steamrep so I said he had to go first.
4. He suggested I use a middleman, says he has a friend IRL who can middleman
5. He adds me, we work out the details
6. He says he can add 25 ref for the deal upfront as proof of good intentions. Says he has the codes and he will give them to me when I trade him the keys with the up front
7. I trade the buds for 4 keys 1 ref (~25 ref worth)
8. Both go offline

I think it's pretty clear what happened here, I never got the codes and they blocked me on steam. Please, prevent this duo (maybe one person with an alt?) from committing any more of these scams!

Another bump, am I doing this wrong? If this is the wrong format or not enough evidence, I will happily rectify the situation. I would very much like to see these scammers marked as such so they can't lure anyone else in with their fake profile rep.

Bump #3, more screenshots edition. Here you can see my inventory history, as well as the fact that I definitely do not have $40 of Steam wallet as I was promised. Once again, please don't dishonest individuals get away with their actions.

A fourth bump. I also linked Steam support a link to this, if they can do anything about it (maybe get them trade banned? Not sure). It sure would be nice if they got the scammer tag on SteamRep they deserved though.

Somebody do tell me if I'm breaking the rules or submitted the report wrong. I really don't want these two to get away with their scams though.

Can you provide a screenshot of your paypal history showing you didn't receive the payment?

Gladly, although the agreement was for Steam Wallet codes, not PayPal. Screenshot is attached.
