Description: Don't really remember how he got on my friends list (probably through trading) and he's probably sending everyone on his friends' list messages like these which will probably hack your account.

Already reported on this thread. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198018151394-ssoh-troll-face.3778/ But looking at the account it seems to be hijacked.
