Improper Format 76561198053547666 (Inhuman Player)

Hi today I have been scammed by this guy called Inhuman Player he said that he would pay double for my skull which is 9 keys, but he offered to pay 20 on the next day, and if he did not get the keys he would return my later i went offline and went to steam powered to chat there i then realised he had changed his name by adding a hacked behind, he then accused me for being offline and online again, and said that i had scammed him which i did not, he later then unfriended me and ran away with my item, i checked his inventory and it said 123 but when clicked said 0, i have a few friends like this, they set their inventory private in which case this guy did, If u can trade ban him and mark him as scammer it would be great, i do not want him to scam any other people.

first of all, why u doesnt waited until the next day, first to trade?
and second, u dont think its a bit suspicious that someone is gonna pay u double for your item, without any reason?
