I just got scammed big time from the scammer http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198058070786/. He had no penalties on http://steamrep.com/search?q=76561198058070786 when I searched him to initiate the trade. He messaged me on August 27th 2013 on 10:35 AM claiming to be the user account: /u/LoverOfTechno (who has over 50+ rep on reddit). He claimed that he'd trade me 16 tf2 keys for Skyrim Legendary Edition. I agreed to send 8 tf2 keys first, then he'd send me Skyrim LE, and then I'd send the remaining 8 tf2 keys. I purchased 14 tf2 keys from the Steam market in total, and I sent him the 8 tf2 keys first like we agreed. When I asked him to send me Skyrim LE, he refused to do so, as well as refused make his profile public nor prove thathttp://www.reddit.com/user/LoverOfTechno was his actual reddit account my messaging me on reddit. When I then googled his steam username, I found that he had several scam reports pending against him here:http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198058070786-jeeny-x-3.41634/ and when I pointed it out to him, he pretty much admitted he was a scammer and sent me a link to the youtube video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjKk2onJqIY. I realized that he was not the reddit user, but changed his custom profile URL to have the same URL as the reddit user to fool me, since the actual reddit user has the profile:http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198030238187 and the scammer had the profile:http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198058070786/, they just had the similar custom url:http://steamcommunity.com/id/the_urI_of_techno/ I'm not sure if that's a glitch with Steam or what, but that should not happen. I feel awful right now since that Steam wallet was a birthday gift for me and I just blew more than half of it on this scammer. I normally don’t even play tf2 keys, and purchased those tf2 keys just to trade with him. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and remember to make sure that the Steam number ID is the same.

He's also impersonated http://www.reddit.com/user/loveroftechno, earlier today when dealing with me. After I found him out he impersonated me a swell and has scammed someone already.
Took 2 screenshots, one of him with his url to "match" mine, and one of my profile. I also screenshotted the chatlog with him. I also included a screenshot of a short reddit conversation of someone who was scammed by him. I added this person and got him to screenshot his trade to verify that his stuff was taken from him by the impersonator. I've included all screenshots below.
