Any advice on potentially stolen buds?

I was contacted awhile ago (maybe a month) about someone who wanted to sell me buds, I bought 3 at 33$ USD each and then the seller started acting hysterical and pushed 3 more buds on me and said that I could pay him/her back later. I took the 3 buds thinking that I was dealing with a hijacker and best that I have them then rather he/she sell them to someone else.

Shortly after the name of the steam profile was changed to "Hijacked" and I didn't hear from him again. Until recently with a separate account.

Any advice here? Tried opening a steam ticket but there was no response after 2 weeks.

It's alright, the problem is that with the amount of proof I have it is not an undeniable fact that this was a hijacker. I would need more proof as to get feedback from a mod/admin.
