He said $1.9/key So I agreed to pay $3.8 for 2 keys. After I sent the payment, He just go offline and blocked me. I closed the chat not knowing that there is no chat log history on steam (WTF!) How can i retrieve our chat history when he blocked me? I don't really hope to get the money back because it's just little amount, I just want him to suffer and have that scammer notification on his steamrep. How can i upload screenshot of our chat when I can't retrieve our chat history? Should i Upload our paypal transaction?
UPDATE: I tried joining on his group and then I retrieve some of our chat. Although this is not our full conversation It shows that he receives my money and then not replied back and just go offline then blocked me.

Hi Hitman Thanks for replying to my scam report. I am the one who bought the keys and sent the payment to his paypal account. I attached the screenshot. Also I don't think I needed the Inventory History since there's no trade been done? But still I added a screenshot of my trade history. Thanks again
Might I add that this is the same individual who scammed me: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561197997380287-messi-ac-or-sinsin.42226/#post-124863 I understand that this sort of thing can 'clutter' up but I feel this of interest, and should be used, when there is information backing it up rather than a simple "me too."
