Also, if you check his profile, he denied knowing the guy and said he was just brokering for him but they have a chat of each other.

Note : Forgot to include this, we were just testing each others hats and I put something down to make it closer to a fair down towards his. He then took advantage of steam trading not working that night and gave the unusual and the items to his "friend" i believe it is.

I'm curious, why you'd test hats?

I would test hats to see if I like the combo with my hats? Why else?

This clearly shows Devils had last posession of the unusual and other items after the fake transaction to Napg49 and had sold it. The conversation we had misdirects this, also they post on eachothers outpost posts and are a clear team.

Still trying to obtain my Logo beak 2 salvaged crates and my max's vs the Blizzard beak back (this was a test to see how the hat looked, apparently they decided to be mean :[ )

As you can imagine, the staff here at Steamrep do get a lot (and I do mean a LOT) of reports each day here in the forums. They will get to yours eventually, be patient.

Marking them both- if he was brokering, he should have been more careful with your items and there is really no reason to trade someone a salvaged crate otherwise. The other guy is clearly a scammer as he admitted to stealing the beak. Thanks for the report.
