Description:
Basically guy tells me this big sob story about how he's been scammed a heap of times etc. We work out a deal on keys which isn't a lowball offer as I post in the chat window other trades that are around that price. He agrees. I send the money first and he eventually opened the trade window and put a few keys over then cancelled it and went offline. Since then, he has changed his name from SinSin to Messi [AC] and has removed details from his SteamRep page regarding his account details (you can see here: http://dota2traders.com/threads/reputation-messi.84282/#post-302628 - last updated 22 minutes ago as of now)

The guys a dog and shouldn't deserve to be able to trade with anyone else.

Not too sure how the pictures managed to mess up, I'm happy to do it again if it makes it easier to understand.

So... how long does this actually take? He's scammed multiple people on here now and still able to do so.. I'm not sure what the hold up is?
