I basically found him through this thread
He wanted bounty Hunter shuriken for 3$ steam wallet.
He traded the item but money never showed up in steam wallet.
He then blocked me from adding him again.

It happened yesterday and there was a power outage after this happened. So i couldn't backup but it was same as the dota2lounge.com chat that i mentioned. He is still active on that trade scamming others. He blocked me on the dota2lounge site also. So, there's no way i can contact him.
