After being added we talked for a bit. This guy seemed nice, I asked him why he wanted the Hook. He was an avid DotA 2 Player, plenty of games played as Pudge with many hours on the in-game client. I researched everything, DotABuff, in-game games won, mostly Pudge. I felt generous, let my guard down despite always always following my code since my last scam from my previous game. I offered to go first since I felt he would be legit, he said sure asked for my info. After the trade I sat there for a few minutes, he went offline and I instantly knew he scammed me. I tried to re-add him to at least ask why he would scam me, but was ignored. I had just purchased this Hook from the Marketplace. I wanted to resell it since I found out I was awful at Pudge, and use the money towards Borderlands 2 DLC and Hearthstone Beta. While some may not think 100$ is a big deal it is. Especially to a student attending college with 0 free time between working both in class and 2 jobs. Point being, is there any possibility I will get my Hook back for at least a chance to be sold on the Steam Market so I can spend my money here safely? Thanks for your help, Envyzible

Out of curiosity, how long is a while? (sounds rude and I apologize) And since this is my first time dealing with this issue on Steam, is my item retrieval a possibility. I realize this was my mistake, as I said I was tired and impatient and went off my human judgement, which I have learned from in the past by a horrible return. Some people never learn, but this time my funds are not as accessible and this purchase was made from my hard earned money. And my post is still labeled as "Need More Info" =P
