    Can you please provide details of what happened? There is no requirement for them to compensate, but often they do. Yet, can you tell us the actual story here, the proof of what happened, etc?

    Personally,
    The MM and the Comm I do think are liable (as long as seller was not involved in the scam) this was a reason I think SR left MMing to the Comms.
    Its a Reddit issue so they should have first crack at it, tho pending resolution, he probably should not have mm tags either.
