    Sorry for the improper format before. Anyway, I'm appealing because I was falsely accused. What happened was we agreed on a deal, but I payed too much by mistake, so I told him. He said to cancel the payment and repay the correct amount. Later down the road (January - February), I got him a little frustrated, and he twisted my story to make me seem as a scammer.
