This guy wanted me to trade him a Vintage hat(Tyrolean) and asked me to click on links as soon as I accepted the trade. The trade was the Pink Tyrolean for a Bill's hat which he was willing to pay, since he "really" wanted the hat. Oh yeah by the way, this whole time I was wondering why he would over pay that much for the hat, and then I noticed something fishy, this was that his account(The one I linked you guys to above) was private the whole time for "no real reason" according to him.Anyway, when I accepted the trade, "Kyle" started telling me and demanding me to check if the Tyrolean was "dup'd". I assured him that I was the second owner and that he hat wasn't duped. He said that he wanted to make sure and told me to click on the link while we were on Steam Trade. I did not click on the links while I was in the Steam Trade because I read an Alert Message on TF2 outpost which talked about traders loosing their items due to clicking links while on trade and the other trader taking full control of the whole trade itself and readying and completing the trade, and this supposedly all happens when you click the link. He then says it can only be open on "Steam Overlay". This is what the Convo looked liked.

Do you have a screenshot of that chat?

He's already marked and good thinking for not clicking that link. He's definitely a scammer and I'll add this to his offenses. Thanks for the report.
