I wanted to buy 10 keys from him @$1.6 per key, I said I was going to pay 5 by 5. After I paid $8, he received money and deleted me.

I can confirm that this man (Catalask) is a scammer, as I was also scammed by him.

He has already been marked as a scammer on DotA 2 Traders. http://dota2traders.com/forum/thread/76561198075629352-catalask.86845/
