This guy... holy crap. Basically he adds me out of nowhere offering a strange Baby Face's Blaster for 2 keys. Says he wants to buy an upgrade to premium. His backpack is worth about 3 ref, free to play, Steam account created about in March. I say nothing he has in his backpack interests me, so he tries to convince me to give him the two keys and he'll pay me back later. Obviously I didn't get scammed. But the suspicious-o-meter is so far off the charts I'm getting a migrane. Please give this guy a caution tag, at least.

I know he didn't actually scam me, but this is so incredibly obvious. I will add that the last guy I reported who got marked for insufficient evidence turned out to be a scammer.
