Hello. I am an administrator for a TF2 item raffle group. A member asked to have an item raffled through an administrator. Said admin, vinyl-scratch, has clearly taken the item with intent to not raffle off the item. After receiving the item, the administrator removed and blocked the item's rightful owner. When I questioned him about it, he changed his name to dave and removed me as well. Such behavior leads me to believe that he does not intend to raffle the item. I am creating this thread on behalf of the scammed member.

This is all the proof I have/can get, and I sincerely hope this guy can be brought to some form of justice.
