I was suggested, by Шелли, that I make a second appeal.
Hello, I have been, for the past few weeks, tagged as a scammer. From the evidence collected my conviction seems a bit unfair and I was hoping we could resolve this. The premise of my conviction seems to be that I am somehow related to the scammer "frosting" (). The evidence here is that, apparently, the user "frosting" has accessed his account through my IP. Which is completely accurate. I know frosting in real life and he has visited my home before and logged on through, naturally, my IP. The problem with this is that I did not commit these crimes and I dont see evidence for my conviction. My appeal is based around the fact that I was convicted "guilty until proven innocent" where it should be "innocent until proven guilty" and im afraid to say I do not see the proof. This scam was once again committed by frosting. I believe the evidence to convict him is fairly straight-forward. I would also like to apologize for my actions pertaining to the previous appeal. Thank you and I hope you consider my appeal.

What is the link to why your were tagged please?

Sadly, while you say that you frosting had done the scamming, it was under your account. Your account is your responsibility.

Also, Steamrep admins here would normally add the [SCAMMER] mark if there is indisputable proof that a scam had occurred, most of the time appeals are for misunderstandings, and "they got the wrong guy". However, in your case, it was your account that had scammed, and you cannot confirm or deny that frosting had actually done the scamming or not. The term is "hearsay" and cannot be confirmed or denied.

THANK YOU! you just proved my point this entire case is based on hearsay. It does not seem the evidence is there. Therefore I should be innocent until proven guilty, not the opposite
