Improper Format Fake Raffle

This guy has scammed a lot of people. http://steamcommunity.com/id/Genuine_Face A LOT.
Doing fake raffle and more. Using Alternate account with different email and tell the 'GOOD' of the fake raffle. Even his Brother also Mad at him.
