The Encounter: This user, "Makaveli," has added me from probably tf2outpost, asking if I can take cash for the two unusuals I own, Haunted Ghosts Coupe and Stormy Storm Hot Dogger and the 23 keys in my inventory. I asked if he had a rep page concerning his possibly paypal transactions. He stated he had none, so that tipped me off to make a little investigation. His steamRep looked clean but I thought his profile was a bit suspicious, considering his backpack was clean, so I checked his tf2outpost. Banned. Also linked to his original account in the reason for being banned. So, when I found out, I wanted out of the transaction. Payment was not sent to me, and if needed, I can screenshot my PayPal account page of recent transaction to prove no payment. So yeah, I wasn't scammed, but the user is highly suspicious.
