Description:
I got a message on the steam forums from goku offering 35$ for my csgo (should have been tip off 1). After adding him he seemed legit with a 2004 account and a lot of reputation. He told me he'd rather me to go first (tip off 2) and i did against my better judgement. Then he wasted no time blocking me. I asked another trader who happened to be on both of our friends list to confirm that I was blocked because it just showed him offline for me. He also tried to talk to the scammer but got no reply. I sent him a message on steam forums but no reply either so I leave this at your judgement.

Consider reporting him to Steam support, they may TRADE ban him, if you have proof (as you do above!)

Also, a few signs he might have scammed (which he did)
1.) No playtime in the last 2 weeks
2.) Playtime over the years is less than 10 Hours, http://steamcommunity.com/id/nubakar1/games/?tab=all
3.) He has a 2004 account with less than 10 hours overall, in 8 years?, he doesn't care about his account.
4.) His rep, could be fake. or he could have turned into a scammer (?) - I've seen it happen before.

I feel sorry for your loss, hopefully steam support will help, and he will be tagged on steamrep
