Another victim (redphx) showing that his game was revoked. Account name is FrankRomsterb. I'm guessing it's his alternate account username.
So far, 4 victims have been scammed by the guy.

Googled 'RobertoMovany' and all of the results shows the profile of the scammer.




Description:

I did a trade of 16 Dota 2 Treasure Keys for a copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts from the guy. The copy was untradable. He mentioned that his account was locked due to Steam Guard problems. I tried to send him a trade request and what he said checked out. He told me he was still able to send the gift, but I needed to traded the keys to his alternate account. He requested to do 8 keys first, then the will gift the game and then the remaining 8 keys. I did some research on him. He seemed trustworthy. Even has the Steamrep admin, Vintage Cobra in his friends list.

So, I proceeded with the trade and everything went smooth. After awhile, I checked his SteamTrades profile (http://www.steamtrades.com/user/ZR) and people have been reporting that the games he traded were revoked. So far, there are 4 people who has been a victim to this scammer and I'm sure there are more to come, including me. Yes, my game has not been revoked yet, but I am sure it will soon and I'm already prepared for it. There are compelling evidences that it will.

Moving on, after receiving words about his scam, I went to talk to him and asked for a refund (as he promised from the screenshot). He ignored me and blocked me on Steam.

I have added a Steamrep Admin, Vintage Cobra, who was in his friends lists to talk about this matter, but he has not accepted my friend request.

Anyways, I am reporting this on behalf of the victims and myself. I do not wish more people to be tricked by this scammer.

Note: I do not have the chat log with the scammer anymore, since I closed it after the trade and after finding out that he blocked me.

I also wanted to give here his Paypal Details:

This details are from Paypal where I got after sending him money!
If you see this Name and Email (you can always change email on paypal) beware!!!

He will not refund you the money and all gifts are payed with false paymants.
I also contacted Steam.

If your friend or acquaintances have been scammed by this use make sure you tell them to make separate report as each report counts as an offence.

How is this guy still not marked yet?

Steamrep's staff are very busy people, they have to handle and process a lot of reports every day.
