description: I was selling my Nuts n Bolts ketche over outpost for 10 keys 3 ref, and this guy adds me and offers me $25. I knew this was a scam, because people who regularly use paypal do not overpay much, especially on low tier hats. I went along with him, and asked if he ever did paypal before. He said he had bought a max by using paypal. I asked him to give me a screenshot of the paypal history and he removes me; clearly shows he was attempting to scam my hat, like he may have with the max.

While the report is from 2013, I wanted to share that it might have looked that way in your eyes, but I'm afraid we can't do anything with the report itself. The reason for this is because with the evidence provided nothing is really 'going' on except the fact that he may or may not be lying in regards of his previous paypal payment(s).

On the bright side, the user is already marked as an alt. Thanks for the report though!
