Invalid I Got scammed by this guy. Plese Report him!!

So he is an owner of a group called "The Spy who made raffles (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TSWMR)
This guy made a raffle of a bud so a Bill's Hat is 6 slots of 28 slots. The raffle started on Sept 27 (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TSWMR#announcements/detail/1569793445622296136)
i just want you guys report him as a scammer so people dont get scammed like me.
and yeah he stole my TS painted Bill's Hat Thanks for reading!
