Description:

On the 11th september i sold 4x earbuds each in different trades to gorilazz. Each for 38$
He payed it with no problems but after a week he asked for a chargeback on all four trades.

I explained everything to paypal but yesterday i lost the case at paypal cause the trade was about virtual items and they dont support that.

Now i dont only lose the money 4*38$ but i also lose the case so i have to pay all the costs for the case... so now in total i have lost -$226,60 USD.

I have no idea what to do now. Any advice what i can do. cause it seems like its very very easy and way to easy to scam people in virtual items.

when will an admin look at my post? it has been a month.... even valve banned him for trading, but it was only for 2 weeks and he is already on probabtion now. when will an admin look into my case.

Do you have the original trade agreement?

the original trade agreement was 1 buds for 38$ it was payed to my paypal account but was chargebacked a week later. Same happened with other traders at that time who got scammed by him to.
He is on a steam trade probation because of that now. Also his tfoutpost account was suspended at that time.

But do you have evidence of that?

Enough time has been given and the user failed to give the requested info.
