    Description : He was buying a Gift "AC4" so i added him and asked if he still wants it , He Said yes , so i sent him Gift and asked him to give keys to my friend because i can not trade because of that Steam guard thingy... and he said ok i will give keys to him but he didnt give him the keys .. and removed both of us then i added him again and i saw that he added the game to his Own Library and playing it :( i just want him to get Scammer tag! nothing else
