Did a clever little bait-and-switch on me.
Asked for TL1 in chat. Put in 4 keys into trade. Then canceled the trade and asked for TL2. I just woke up so didn't notice when I put TL2 and he put in 2 keys. My bad, but still kind of a shitty thing to do.

Huh, you'd be hard pressed to mark him with only this much evidence though.
Well he said torchlight, 2 keys, which could be implying he wants either 1 or 2, and it appears that you agreed.
You guys traded, and I guess you had a confusion with the version of torchlight and put #2 instead of #1 which you thought he was implying?
He probably meant 2 keys for Torchlight 2 in the first place though, he was just being unclear by saying just Torchlight.
And 2 keys should have been a fairly reasonable price for Torchlight 2 at the time, as it was on sale for 5 keys.
Overall he might be sort of a dick for not trading back when you said you put the wrong game, but this probably isnt enough reason/evidence to get him marked/banned.

But what happened afterwards? You didn't really explain to him what happened, as he seemed pretty confused.
Anyhow, pretty sure Torchlight 2 was widely available for 2 keys on TF2OP so you could have just bought another copy if needed, right?

He knew I was selling TL1 for 2 keys and TL2 for 4 keys. I had a listing on TF2Outpost.

He asked for TL1. I put in TL1 and he put in 4 keys in the trade.
Then he canceled it and said he wanted TL2.
We reopened the trade and I put in TL2. He put in 2 keys.
It was early in the morning and I was being dumb so I clicked accept without making sure he put all the keys down.

It was my fault for not double checking the trade window, but that's still a nasty trick he did.

In the trade window he put Torchlight 1 instead of Torchlight 2, after my intervention he changed it, i gave him 2 keys and he
accepted the trade.
If there was a scam attempt then it might be only on his side because he
tries to sold me a copy of worthless Torchlight 1. But i recognize it only
as his mistake not as scam attempt.
Closing window thread:
At this time Steam had a lot of problems with their API, so trade window was
crashing and closing very often. Thats why we had a lot trade attempts what
is visible on chat screen-shot. It had nothing to do with any scam attempt.
I did not understand what he wanted so i asked him what he want but he did
not respond.
My offer on tf2outpost is very clear. Everyday a lot people add me i have
no time to check their offers i am only interested in my offer. I have never
paid 4 keys for torchlight 2 i am not a philanthropist.
Please clear my reputation and close this tread i don't deserve for
inscription like this and warning on my profile.

The question is, why did you trade him TL2 for 2 keys then say he scammed you?
You put the game in the trade window and clicked accept.
This really makes no sense to me but if you have an explanation I would be glad to take it into consideration.

Rejected due to lack of evidence and no response in over 2 weeks.
