What happened? Description:

winger added me, wanting to buy a Community Sparkle Lugermorph for $590 paypal. He linked me to a fake sourceop forum, this link here http://forumssourceop.com/threads/53484-winger-rep-thread/. Notice how there is no period between forums and sourceop like there is in real links. From there, all the rep is identical to this real rep thread http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/53484-kruko-rep-thread. (notice the similarities in the URL) If you click any of the numbers of other pages in the winger fake rep thread, it will redirect to that corresponding real page in the kukro rep thread, but if you click first or last, it stays in the fake thread. Not sure if it's enough evidence to have this accepted, but I feel it certainly warrants a caution on his account. He has no rep thread on the real site at all (I checked his steam id 64 on there)​

Provide Evidence:

In the screenshots, the first two images are the link he sent me to for a rep thread, and the page it goes to if you hit the "Last" page button. The third image is the real rep thread that is redirected to if you click the page 7 button from the fake thread. The final 2 images are our chat history.​

i searched this user on steam rep and saw that he had no strikes across his name so i trusted him.
he paid $640 for 20 buds and then charged back the money after we traded the buds. Please ban him
and give me advice to how i can get back the money or buds.

Can this get some attention please quickly? This man has a VERY strong case going for him, and has successfully run a charge back scam on someone for 20 buds worth - Guy's name is TSON and he will be putting in his own report soon. He added me because he saw THIS report AFTER being charged back already. Below is the block of information on the scam he ran on TSON, including proof of chargeback and video proof of items being sent. Mods, please attend to this problem, this user has a very convincing profile, he
1.) has blocked the option to add more comment on his profile as to not be exposed (I know because I tried to comment while I was on his friends list and it was blocked),
2.) has about 5 pages of single word comments on his profile, presumably to convey that he is trustworthy and experienced,
3.) has around 400 hours in TF2 on this profile, further giving confidence,
4.) is unmarked on steamrep, and steamrep does not tell if there is a PENDING report on a user, so if a report is slow, then more people will be scammed, like TSON.
5.) his fake rep thread is VERY convincing. Identical to the real page except for the . between forums and sourceop (see my original post)
6.) Is quite fluent and convincing in his words. Seems trustworthy and is more than willing to "use a middleman" but will go ahead and say "you know what Ill just go first I trust you enough." etc to keep third parties uninvolved.

This post is quite urgent and since I now know he successfully stole 640 dollars from TSON, I feel this warrants immediate attention! Please, mod, investigate this matter asap!

"FunnyGuy" also miraculously has buds from an identical scam done by "DubDude". He got 31 TF2 keys from me and 3 buds from Old Man Snail, and a TS Max's Head from SkullyFluff. That's just what I've been able to find in his backpack.

It can't be coincidence that the same person who ripped you off also bought buds and keys and a Max's from someone who ripped us off. This all happened in the last 24 hours. Also, there are some deeply suspect other links in the backpack.

"FunnyGuy" is the scammer running these unauthorized Paypal charges.

After dealing with "DubDude", I got a bad feeling and reported the transaction to Paypal's Fraud department and they flagged the account. Otherwise, I'm guessing we'd see more in "FunnyGuy"s backpack.

He did same to me, tried to scam me of my festives lol ban Nao

because items those two account have scammed end up in funnyGuys backpack
and he prob has alto more alts
