What happened? Description:

I accuse the guy for trying to phish my account.​

This kind man added me probably from my outpost account. He said his friend is trying to add me but can't because of some problem, and sent me a link to "steam community". I had to log in of course, and I didn't. As the chat shows, he did not respond to me accusing him a scammer.​

I think its completely obvious that that friend he sent me,
