    - I do not explain what is the reason for my ban
    - I need help please do not speak much English , need to use a translator to communicate with you
    -I am a trader who buys items dota 2 in peru the distributor (mdm_system) and now into my account with dota 2 me give you the surprise that is permanently banned.
    - Well the reason that I think are my friends who have sent me some disturbing reports.
    - It's the first time Dota 2 report in my account.
    - I buy shirts. mouses, headphones in the store of the dealer in Peru (mdm_system) for being underage because I can not buy in store dota 2 because they ask credit card.
    - Well, I hope you can understand me and help me I'll be eternally grateful to note that this is my first time I pass these circumstances.
