Reposting because I was not aware of the formatting. As said before, the scam was a gift wrap by a friend of my and I'm not sure how to appeal to it but I can give back twice the trouble he had since its only a gift wrap.

I was the one scammed in the incident he is talking about http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/7561198050300666-moonshatter.13057/#post-43468 But i can confirm that Rumble added me and he said he will compensate for the items that i lost. He is ok to appeal.
