Hi, I was accused of filing a paypal chargeback when purchasing someones backpack. This is true, however, it was on proper chargeback terms. Our initial agreement was for $110 I get 99% of his backpack. The other 1% was ~14 ref. Proof: http://i.imgur.com/avS5l.png . After I made the payment and recieved the items, I noticed later that I hadnt received multiple hats and items. Here is the report he filed on me: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198041089584-sniper-carl.10849/ . You'll notice in the 2nd and 3rd reply, he says "I gave him all the items except for class hats" . The problem is, those class hats were 30% of the trade. After adding him, he declined and I assumed blocked me as well. On a later date I tried to re-add him, and he accepted. We talked and came to an agreement that if he payed compensation on the 30%, then I would cancel the chargeback. In reply 11 of the original report, he says that I canceled the chargeback, I received our agreed $20 compensation. In that same reply, he says to close his post, that the issue is resolved. However, the post was never closed and I recieved a SOP can and a SR caution. I would appreciate it if you took the time to re-evaluate that decision, as I have provided ample proof that I did not scam him, and that the chargeback never went through, I was just withholding the money until we sorted things out. This is also my first ever accusation, I have no previous reports.
