Improper Format Report:76561198066584736 (:P I do Whut I Please)

A Player Named " I do Whut I Please" he said he will give a gift wrapped key for Stranges so i wanted 1 one so i sent him a trade he accepted it. put 3 stranges but then he said "can i gift wrap the key after the trade?" then i said "are you a scammer?" He said "no i'm not like that" so i give him 2 stranges then we traded BUT THEN HE LEFT WITHOUT GIVING ME NO KEY
i have no proof! and i need help getting proof i also saw him on other severs doing the same thing!

Found This But it does not say the items i lost witch was a
Strange Pain Train
And a Strange Neon Annihilator

Also it says he don't have any items? Wierd? maybe he deleted all of his items? or this is a 2nd account for scamming?
